Contact for bulk discounted bookings Please note we will need to see photo ID, proof of address, insurance documents and relevant training certificates prior or on the day of your hire failure to do so will result in you losing your room hire and no refunds will be given. Room must be left how found and bins emptied at the end of your hire, all heating and lights must be turned of so as not to incur any additional charges.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to request a cancellation, please do so within 24 hours after making the booking. For cancellations within this period, we will refund any payments made except for block bookings. No refunds or day changes for block bookings.
