Hire our private, fully-equipped treatment room with everything you need for your business. Available for hourly and block bookings or save via membership plans, which allow multiple days per month based on your package. Included in your booking: - 2 Treatment beds - Ring lights - Trolleys & stools - 2 free parking spaces - Toilet and kitchen facilities Important Information: - Photo ID, proof of address, insurance documents, and relevant training certificates must be provided prior or on the day - 72-hour cancellation or day-change policy applies - Arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before your slot - Leave the room as found: bins emptied, lights and heating off (T&Cs apply) Bulk bookings or special requirements? Cancellation Policy
Private Room Rental – Terms & Conditions By booking this service, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Booking & Payment All bookings must be made via our online system. Bookings within 24 hours of the intended start time must be approved by contacting us directly before completing the booking. Membership bookings are limited to the number of days per month specified by the package purchased. 2. Start Time & Duration The booking start time and duration are selected in the booking flow. Please ensure these are correct before confirming. Arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before your booked start time. 3. Room Access & Equipment The room includes: 2 beds, ring lights, trolleys, stools, 2 free parking spaces, toilet, and kitchen facilities. The room must be left in the same condition as found, with all bins emptied and lights/heating switched off. Any damage or additional cleaning required due to negligence may result in extra charges. 4. ID, Certification & Insurance You must provide photo ID, proof of address, insurance documents, and any relevant training certificates prior to or on the day of your hire. Failure to provide these will result in the loss of your booking with no refund. 5. Cancellations & Changes All cancellations or booking date changes must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled booking. Failure to cancel or change within this timeframe may result in loss of the booking fee. For bulk bookings or special arrangements, please contact us in advance for terms and discounts. 6. Health & Safety You are responsible for your own safety and the safety of anyone accompanying you in the room. Please report any accidents, damages, or unsafe conditions immediately. 7. Liability We accept no responsibility for personal belongings or equipment brought into the room. You agree to use the room and equipment responsibly and within the scope of your training/qualification. 8. Compliance You agree to comply with all local regulations and any additional guidance provided by our team regarding use of the facilities.
